Statement Regarding Administrative Adjudications (Order to Cease Making, Selling, etc.) Concerning Infringement of Utility Model Patent Right and Design Patent Right by Products of Zhejiang Allead Precision Technology Co., Ltd.
In October 2025, Sumitomo Precision Products Co., Ltd. filed requests for administrative enforcement with the Jinhua Intellectual Property Administration of Zhejiang Province, asserting that the acts of making, selling, and offering for sale of the gear pump (Model No.: AGQX6-125RPW-AG10-P) by Zhejiang Allead Precision Technology Co., Ltd. infringed our utility model patent right and design patent right.
In August 2026, the Administration determined that the above acts constituted infringement and issued administrative adjudications ordering cessation of the making, selling, offering for sale, etc. of the products. This statement is hereby given.

In addition, in the invalidation request proceedings filed against the utility model patent right and the design patent right, the arguments of Sumitomo Precision Products Co., Ltd. were also supported, and examination decisions maintaining the patent rights valid were rendered. As a result, the validity of the above utility model patent right and design patent right has been officially reconfirmed.
With respect to the further invalidation requests filed by the opposing party and the appeals filed against the above administrative adjudications and the examination decisions maintaining the patent rights valid, we will still assert the validity of the patent rights and the propriety of the above adjudications and examination decisions, and will continue to respond rigorously with a resolute attitude.
